I\'ve always known that I would have to stop eating chocolate every day if I want to begin this path to a healthy lifestyle, but I just do not know where to start. I go to the grocery store and walk around for an hour trying to figure out what to buy. I don\'t cook because, well, I\'ve never had to, but I don\'t mind learning. So where do I start, what do I buy, what type of exercises should I do, more cardio or strength training? I mention that I\'m thin because I am not trying to loose weight, i just want to start feeling better and taking care of myself. Should I become a vegan or vegetarian. I like chicken but sometimes it makes me feel fat. I dunno, any advise?
