I am of a slim built. My arms are pretty toned but not big. (i\'m not buff)
I have a \"2 pac\" with one \"pac\" on the top. I want to get a 6 pack but nothing I\"m doing works.
I\'ve tried situps, v ups, leg lifts, pushups, planks, mountain climbers, etc.
could you give me a workout plan that has worked? thanks!
