I am eating between 1200 and 1300 calories per day. I mainly eat chicken, fruit, vegetables, and oatmeal. I try not to eat sugar. I work out 3-4 times a week for an hour. During this time I do 45 minutes of aerobic exercise and 15 of anaerobic exercise.

I am not gaining muscle. I am actually gaining fat. I have been measuring myself as well as weighing myself.
